Eco Park Resorts - Low Carbon Holidays

Our Eco Park Resorts will be holiday destinations with a difference.

With self-sustaining power generation, water and waste recycling, food production and on-site leisure pursuits, the eco parks will be as close to zero carbon as possible for a holiday site, a self-contained holiday community.

The Eco Parks will be predominantly built on low-grade farmland within easy access of local facilities.

The lodges will be:

• built from low or zero carbon materials
• well furnished
• insulated above the requirements of BS 3632
• constructed to conform with the Caravans Act

These Sustainable Parks will:

• generate their own power with wind turbines and solar arrays
• feature rainwater harvesting and grey water recycling
• heat themselves with heat pumps
• grow their own fruit and vegetables, both on individual plots and on collective farmland

In addition, our Eco Parks will provide valuable amenity land for the neighbouring communities such as:

• woodland walks and fishing
• swimming and boating lakes
• adventure playgrounds
• golf courses
• and other pursuits in keeping with their location
